A pigeon from MP in Estonia to go with the wing/s she/he already sent ( see previous blog entry). I will have to wait to see if any more wings or beaks turn up so I can construct the the whole thing properly! In the meantime here is a Flip video update.
Snappy from Canada sent this east assembly plane with attached nylon thread in clear cellophane envleope. Enc. note says - "Hanging project : Some assembly required- !. Insert wing ( with "snappy service" stamps side down) into jet body. 2. Hang jet from attached line. Cheers."
The Wheelie Bin Gallery project will be finishing soon and have been thinking about a new mail art project to start in March. Since the only spare space I have is on my workroom ceiling I have decided to cover it with sky, paper planes and birds. Please help by sending a patch of blue sky and a paper plane , bird or other flying thing to hang from it by a short thread. Sky no larger than A4 and plane/bird no wingspan larger than 8 inches. Dealine - March 2010. Mail constantly updated daily at - Paper Planes & Birds.
